Big Kids Structure - Yes, a very creative one! NOT the standard climb up slide down. It can be a bit intimidating but once they get going there are endless possibilities.

The bathrooms are in the little house behind the playground. So close!!

Other - This is a huge park with many ball fields, a bike path to the river, and the amazing Truckee Bike Park.

Tahoe/Truckee Playgrounds - West End Beach of Donner Lake

Fee - Adults (18+)$4.00, Kids (17 & Under) $3.00, Infants (Under 2) Free. The fee is only assessed on weekends starting Memorial Day till school is out (mid June), then everyday mid June to Labor Day. On the days they charge it is free if you go in before they start collecting (don't know what time that is, I don't get up that early) or after they leave for the day at 5:00pm.

Little Kids Structure - Not really.
Big Kids Structure - Yes. Both Play Structures here are for big kids. Although the one closer to the lake is smaller it is not for little kids as there are rings you walk across that are 5 feet off the ground.
Baby Swings - Yes, 2.

Truckee River Float 2014

The river was flowing fast this year. The float took about 2 hours plus a 30 min lunch at party beach. The weather was wonderful with temps in the 70's. It was a bit cold for swimming.
We had two other families join us and the 4 year old loved riding in the different boats. It was Oliver's first float and he looked like a seasoned champ! He even took a nap on the boat in mommy's arms.

Teeth

Ollie's 1st tooth came in on February 9th with the second one on February 13th.

Tooth 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 all came in May!!! It sounds terrible but the teeth don't seem to bother him. Or more likely I don't really know what is bothering him on any given day!!
